Doctor by the Universitat d'Alacant / Universidad de Alicante with the thesis La producción campesina de un espacio cooperativo dinámicas territoriales hacia una soberanía alimentaria 2014. Supervised by Dr. José Daniel Gómez López.

Degree in Geography (2008), PhD in Geography in 2014 - International Doctor Mention -. Master in Administration and Management of Social Economy Companies (MADES-2010), specialising in Agricultural Cooperatives. Other postgraduate studies in International Development Cooperation at the University of Alicante (EUCID-2010). Director of the Research Group in GEOPOLITICS: Interdisciplinary Studies on Migrations, Territorial Conflicts and Cooperation (GECOTEMI) and member of the Human Geography Research Group. Currently, Permanent Labour Professor (LOSU) in the Department of Human Geography. He also co-directs the scientific journal GeoGraphos, specialising in geopolitics, geography and social sciences. Other research topics: geographic space, socio-territorial dynamics, cooperative work and cooperativism, food sovereignty, dialectics, geopolitics, rural tourism, social transformation.
