Doctor by the Universitat d'Alacant / Universidad de Alicante with the thesis Estatuto ético-jurídico de la profesión médica 2004. Supervised by Dr. Juan Roca Guillamón.

He studied the Law Degree at the University of Murcia (Spain), then studying the Doctorate Program at the Law School of the University of Alicante (Spain) where he defended his Doctoral Thesis Report achieving the highest rating. Prior to his academic and research activity he practiced Law in his hometown (Cieza, Murcia) and then the Judiciary (first as Judge in Molina de Segura, Murcia, and later as Magistrate in Alicante, Comunidad Valenciana). Among other recognitions has received the San Raimundo de Peñafort Award (XX edition) convened by the Illustrious Bar Association of Murcia, was appointed member of Subcommittee VIII for the development of a Practical Guide on the Law of Civil Procedure (appointed for that purpose by the Provincial Court of Alicante), has been Professor-trainer of the School of Legal Practice of Alicante having given numerous conferences, seminars, workshops and courses of national and international character. He is an elected member of the Cloister of the University, having also been appointed Professor of the Higher Institute of Law and Economics of Madrid (ISDE, from 2015 to 2022) thanks to his contributions in Person Law, Law of Obligations and Contracts and Consumer Law. Supervisor of numerous Master's theses and degree final projects. Member of the research groups in civil liability under tort law (VIGROB-213), disability and family (VIGROB-175) and civil liability in the field of family relations (GRJ05-06) of the University of Alicante. Peer reviewer of articles for indexed scientific journals. Collaborator in various competitive research projects. He has worked as a researcher and lecturer at the universities of Perugia and Maria SS. Assunta di Roma (LUMSA, Palermo campus).
