The service sector is the third sector within the national territory, responsible for satisfying any need of the people. In the existing literature on sport management, there are more and more studies related to the analysis of user loyalty (Rundle-Thiele, 2005; Zeithaml et al., 2006), as it offers interesting subjective results about what are their future intentions with the service
