Abstract
Worker delays in joining the job constitute punishable conduct (even with dismissal depending on the severity). The doubt arises, however, when determining whether the company can, in addition to penalizing the worker, stop paying the remuneration corresponding to the time in which they did not provide services or if, on the other hand, that "adjustment" should be considered a prohibited sanction.
