Since 1992 he has been an English teacher for students of all levels of the CEFR, developing his activity in different learning environments. In 2016 and 2018 he participated in the workshops and seminars of the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education, at Exeter College. There, he worked with Adrian Underhill (pronunciation), Hanna Kryszewska (CLIL), John hird (English grammar and modern English), Edmund Dudley (teenage learning) and Shaun Wilden (EdTech). Currently Profesor Ayudante in the Department of Innovation and Didactic Training (DIFD) of the Faculty of Education, he teaches subjects in the Degree in Early Childhood Education and in the Degree in Primary Education. He has collaborated with the Department of English Studies of the UA teaching subjects of the Degree in Social Work, Degree in Tourism and Degree in English Studies. He collaborates with the Institute of Educational Sciences (ICE) of the UA teaching modules for lecturers and administrative staff of the UA. He has participated in conferences and research sessions both at national (UA, UV, UPV, UGR) and international universities (Wurzburg Universität, Vellore Institut of Applied Sciences), giving seminars and workshops as a visiting professor at Middlesex University (London), Hogskule pa Vestlandet (HVL Bergen and Sogndal), NTNU (Trondheim) and Vytauto Didžiojo Universitetas (Kaunas). From his academic stays in the USA, Germany, England, Norway and Lithuania, he developed his interest in intercultural competence and its improvement, which is reflected in communications in congresses and publications. Currently, his research interest focuses on the Learning and Teaching of Foreign Language Content (CLIL), the incorporation of technologies (EduTech) in language learning, but above all, the teaching of English pronunciation and English literacy (Phonetics, Pronunciation, Phonics) at the pre-primary (3-6) and primary level (6-12). Recently, he has co-organized, within the Transform For Europe (T4E) alliance, the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Bridging Borders: exploring intercultural differences in language and cultural norms, through the Erasmus+ KA131 mobility programme. https://transform4europe.eu/ He is a member of the research groups: Acquisition and Teaching of Second and Foreign Languages at the University of Alicante (ACQUA), and Literary and Linguistic Education in Spanish and English (ELEI_UA). He has also taken part in R&D projects, among which LEyLA (https://proyectoleyla.eu/) stands out. LEyLA is a project awarded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation within the call for Knowledge Generation Projects 2021.
