Fraseología y desacuerdoun esquema fraseológico en español y en italiano

Abstract

This paper analyzes, in a contrastive approach to Spanish/Italian, a phraseological scheme that is employed in discourse to show disagreement (Sp.) qué + X + ni qué + X’ / (It.) macché + X. We carried out a study of both the formal traits and the pragmatic values of this phraseological scheme, based on the observation of a number of reference corpora in both languages that are representative of the colloquial register. Among the different pragmatic aspects related to the use of this phraseological unit (PU) in context, we stress the value of disagreement which, as we will see, operates as a common denominator for other values. The adoption of a contrastive perspective for the formal and functional analysis of the PUs selected will highlight the similarities and differences of both the structural configuration and the discourse values of this phraseological scheme in Spanish and in Italian
