Abstract
The educative centers are referring and social showcases. The society has delegated in the educative systems the responsibility to form suitably to the young generations. But the educative centers cannot be other people’s to the social surroundings of the educative community, and this brings about continuous contradictions between which it must be and what it is really, stated through the daily personal experiences. It is necessary one must do an effort important to obtain that the relation between the personal elements of the educative center is positive, considering that we generated coexistence models in the integral formation of the pupils. And the reality says that in the majority of the present educative surroundings confliction exists, in major or minor to us degree, and that this one does not finish being solved. In order to generate a positive atmosphere within an educative institution it is essential to develop a series of activities that can be framed within a process of resolution of conflicts: to recognize the conflict, to analyze it, to offer solutions, and to apply them. But also it is fundamental that each element assumes its roll and its responsibility suitably. And of an institutionalized form but, to frame all that series of activities within the frame of a Plan of Coexistence.
