Strategy is the key to business success. Reaching a particular target in business transactions depends not only on exchanging information but also on doing so purposefully and effectively. To produce the desired effects in business transactions one needs to communicate strategically, that is, to develop a detailed plan or scheme, i.e., a macro-strategy, specifically designed for a particular aim.
