Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry Professor. She is member of the research group "Agricultural Chemistry" .Her research activity has focused on soil and its influence on plant development. She has taught a multitude of undergraduate, graduate, master's and doctoral subjects related to soil science, soil fertility, plant-soil relationships, environment and sustainability. At the University of Alicante she has held several management positions: Secretary of the Faculty of Sciences, Secretary Director of the Strategic Plan, Secretary Director of Studies, Director of the Continuous Training Center and, currently, Director of the Mediterranean Gastronomy Center UA-Dénia
