Abstract

Raw reads (forward and reverse) from sorted and MDA-amplified samples from Mediterranean Sea are supplied here. The sample labels refer to the type of sample (cellular or viral) and all of them belongs to the BONCAT active fraction. Samples that had a click reaction (BONCAT reaction) of 30 minutes or 6 hours are described. In addition, code indicates whether it came from the Mediterranean Sea (MS).  CA_G2: active cells; 6 hours click reaction CA_G5: active cells; 30 minutes click reaction VA_B2: activate viruses; 30 minutes click reaction VA_C1: activate viruses; 30 minutes click reaction VA_C3: activate viruses; 6 hours click reaction MS: Mediterranean Sea samples
