Resumen

Agricultural activity is exposed to the effects of global warming, which implies socioeconomic and environmental impacts. This research presents a methodology to facilitate the management of daily temperature time series for climate risk analysis. GIS-based analysis has allowed us to generate climate and relief models, along with other land-use suitability data, integrating information to map frost risk in fruit trees. The calculation was made using open official repositories of massive meteorological and geographic data. Finally, theproposed methodology has been verified by applying it to the risk mapof the almond growing areas of the province of Alicante, due to its socio-economic importance and being the first fruit tree to flower with high exposure to the risk of frost. Docker technology has played a fundamental role in automating the process of daily minimum temperature data, which will facilitate the requirements for the reproducibility and application of the research to other areas of study and fruit species.
