Resumen

The entry of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a new generation of computer systems that, while making us think about what it means to be a human, have increased the possibility of managing enormous amounts of information at any time and place and that have allowed the relocation of face-to-face work (or, at least, some specific tasks and functions), the training of a new type of more flexible worker, but also more transparent due to the technological trail that is left in its wake, the increase in tasks related to communication and the coordination of processes and people and the creation of new training needs related to information and communication technologies, AI, digital tools and the analysis and processing of data .
