Abstract

The European Court of Human Rights on May 7, 2024 has condemned Russia to compensate a school music director for discrimination based on sexual orientation due to the publication of photographs on social networks that are considered to show affection for homosexual intimate partners but are not obscene or sexually explicit due to which concludes that the dismissal carried out was manifestly disproportionate to the legitimate objective proposed.
