Resumen

The bill designated as the 2022 Public Justice Service Efficiency Measures Bill has undergone a slow, extensive and, despite the apparent debate to which it was invited, silent processing that includes a period of hibernation, which appears to have concluded. On March 22, 2024, the Organic Law Project on measures regarding the efficiency of the Public Justice Service came to light. At the equinox of this new season, there have been renewed expectations but also doubts arising around the previous text, in view of the changes - slight, in the opinion of some voices, and essential, according to others - that the new norm incorporates. The incorporation of the MASC into the civil justice system is one of the most significant aspects of this reform, which serves to strengthen the justice service and, fundamentally, to achieve the always sought-after quality of Justice. The beginning of the processing of this new norm provides a new opportunity to carry out a profound transformation of the current justice model in Spain, in all respects, he specifies.
