Resumo

Annually, Museum Dámaso Navarro of Petrer, offers a wide range of heritage education to the different schools in the town. Every year, many students participate in the different workshops offered, either within the Museum, in the different monuments that can be visited (Castle, Cave houses on the wall or the Villa Petraria oven) or in the classrooms themselves. This set of activities is called «The museum at school». To develop this project, the technicians of Museum Dámaso Navarro are the ones who go to the schools, with the didactic suitcases, in order to bring students closer to specific aspects of history such as Prehistory, the funerary world in antiquity, Roman coins, etc. During the 2015/16 academic year, a total of 1256 students, of different levels, participated in our activities.
