Zusammenfassung

The aim of this paper is to present of the latest archaeological research in the Iberian settlement of Cerro de la Cruz and La Viñuela, both located in the town of Almedinilla (Province of Cordova, Andalusia). In the first case, the extension of the rural settlement from the Late Antiquity to the -Emiral period was attested. In the second, a monumental and isolated building. This building has a chronology, cultural ascription and stratigraphy very similar to that of the Iberian settlement of Cerro de la Cruz, with which we link it directly and the enclosure was violently destroyed around the middle of the 2nd century BC.
