Abstract
The leading role played by the toy industry in the area of corporate social responsability must be emphasized, since it has been the first and only industry, up to date, to issue a standard with a responsible code to all the value chain, named ICTI CARE Process, ruling tools coordinated with all the stakeholders to bring to the market, toys produced and marketed responsibly. In fact, the implication of the Spanish Association of Toy Manufacturers was shown not only with the participation in the ICTI CARE Process, but also with the promotion of the right to play in childhood, which led to the creation of the Crecer Jugando foundation.
