This article is one of the products that presents progress of the project presenting an internal call for research projects within the Tecnológico de Antioquia on 2018 entitled: Description and monitoring of measures that incorporate the gender perspective in the Peace Agreement signed between the Colombian State and the FARC -EP in Antioquia. This first approach proposes an initial reflection between the agreed and the implemented of the Peace Agreement (PA) signed in November 2016 specifically of the 130 measures that mainstream the gender approach in the 6 points of the agreements. For this, a bibliographic review of several of the documents published by institutional organizations that capture information on what was agreed and what was implemented was made; among them CONPES 3932, the Implementation Framework Plan (PMI), the final document of the AP and the reports of the Kroc Institute on the balances of implementation. One of the most important reflections of this first approach is the evident lack of will of the current government party in the implementation of the AP, unaware that peace is a constitutional right and that what is agreed is not a matter only for the government, but must be a state policy.
