Zusammenfassung
This article presents an analysis of the latest reforms of the European Union’s geographical indications legal regime as an intellectual property right. With the aim of developing an overview of this reform, this paper will analyse both the progress of the reform of the rules on geographical indications for agricultural products and the introduction of a new European system for the protection of geographical indications for artisanal and industrial products.
