Resum
This article analyses the claim and counterclaim in the field of the so called "verbal trials". It represents an analysis of the new procedural regulation and the importance of the reform recently proposed by the Procedural Efficiency Measures Bill, as published in the Official Bulletin of the General Courts, on the 22nd of April 2022. The author identifies some important procedural deficiencies in the proposed text, formulating new approaches regarding the establishment of a more efficient rules in the field of "verbal trials".
