Abstract

Francesc Martínez i Martínez is the first researcher “really folkloric” in Valencian culture. The relationship between this author and Adolf Salvà i Ballester constitutes the first tradition in Valencian folk studies: with interactions, corrections, extensions, discussions, proposals and collaborations. The documents that the author discloses and studies in this paper demonstrate this.
