Resum
The evaluation of training transfer of in-service teachers provides relevant information to address the study of the effectiveness of training programs based on their performance. Despite the efforts in research on training transfer, there is no general model that allows knowing the conditional factors of the process and the meaning of the associations that are presented. The main objective of this research is to deepen the study of training transfer for non-university teachers in the Region of Murcia, investigating the model of its conditional factors, developing instruments for its measurement and analyzing the distribution of factors and their associations. The methodological approach that has been followed is based on a non-experimental survey-type cross-sectional design, which has allowed us to investigate the reality associated with the problem of transfer through the objective observation of variables at a given moment. The study has been carried out with the favorable report of the Comisión de Ética de Investigación of University of Murcia and the collaboration agreement with the Consejería de Educación, Formación Profesional y Empleo of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. During the data collection process, a total of 4769 non-university teachers from the Region of Murcia participated, selected by means of a non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Through the publications presented in this doctoral thesis, a validation has been achieved, both in content and in construct, of an instrument for measuring the conditioning factors of training transfer of non-university teacher; a model of conditioning factors has been identified and its distribution in different groups of educational stages has been studied. Finally, several associations have been identified between the proposed factors and certain variables that come into play in the dynamic process of the training transfer.
