Zusammenfassung

The article analyzes traces of the Caminos de Santiago in the toponymy of the Valencian and Catalan area. The different routes followed by pilgrims, which had generally been used previously to go towards the French route or other routes, have accommodation establishments, devotional sanctuaries and springs that attest to the passage of pilgrims. The various existing place names are classified and analysed according to the Nomenclàtor Toponímic Valencià
