Particularidades de los actos de comunicación en la LEC, tras las reformas de la LO 1/2009 y Ley 13/2009

Abstract

The reform of the LEC by Law 13/2009 has adapted the content of the LEC to LOPJ (LA LEY 1694/1985). However, we will analyze the above mentioned reform in relation to service of process in the three following areas: 1. The innovation of the new right of solicitors to serve notice of process. 2. The improvement of efficiency in relation to the service of process by the introduction of electronic devices, computerization, and similar ways of communication. 3. The improvement of procedural techniques, by way of collecting case law in relation to applications for legal aid, judicial orders in different proceedings, and physical notifications, and information about forms of appeal.
