Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the startups regulatory framework with special attention to the new measures introduced by the bill to promote the emerging companies ecosystem. It is also aim of this paper to show some problematic questions for startups regarding some incomprehensible differences between the two types of closed companies.
