Zusammenfassung
This article tries to analyze the characteristics of the modification and lifting of the precautionary measures, both due to the appearance of new facts and/or circumstances or that could not be alleged at the time, as well as due to the issuance of a partially acquittal or non-final judgment and, where appropriate, once it becomes firm, putting on the table and examining the various existing jurisprudential doctrine on the matter.
