Zusammenfassung
This article shows the most relevant results of the BioMat4Future project in which different additives have been obtained from waste from the agri-food industry. Obtaining these additives, the agri-food residues are valued what currently supposes an environmental problem at world-wide level. The properties of these additives that have been obtained are coloration, antimicrobial effect and flame retardancy. These properties are studied using several analytical techniques and specific tests for measuring the antimicrobial effect and flammability
