Abstract
In this study, the author analyses one of the most important issues, the subject of the latest legal reform by Law 13/2009, in force from the 5th of May, and referred to as the right of the solicitor to serve any information relating to the process on the client. This is a new right set out in article 152 of LEC (LA LEY 58/2000) which will allow solicitors to cooperate with the Office responsible for the Service of Process, if this right is requested formally on the Complaint in any kind of civil proceeding.
