Resumen
This work analyzes, from a day-to-day practice point of view, the means provided to the judgment creditor, inside and outside of the action for enforcement, in order to determine the property of the judgment debtor and even «integrate his/her property» when he/she has no other choice, focusing on the measures of judicial investigation with the Neutral Judicial Point (Punto Neutro Judicial) as undisputed main character and how to solve its problems of interpretation.
