Una visión cooperativa de las medidas ante el posible daño ambiental de la desalación

In this paper is analyzed with cooperative games the interaction between the government, the companies of desalination and the population. Previous studies tell us that is complicated to do the desalination process without any environmental damage, because this is not the priority objective for any of the implied agents. However in this paper are analyzed the equilibriums that would be obtained in cooperative games (taking the agents in couples) if the environmental state was the first objective. Given our assumptions, we obtain that the desalination companies would do a great research to decrease the environmental impact of the desalination, the governors would make a great investment in the same direction that the desalination companies and the population would grant its vote in the electoral process by the smaller environmental damage.
