Abstract
In this article we would like to present the brainstorming expressed during the panel discussion of the Jornadas de Jóvenes Investigadores en Arqueología (Young Archaeology Researchers’ Conference) in March. The intention of this is to make visible the gender inequality that still exists today in both the academic and professional archaeological spheres. Thanks to the testimonies of the participants, it has been possible to learn about the real problems that many women continue to suffer in their jobs, helping to give voice to individual experiences that we have observed to be recurrent in these work scenarios. The aim of this discussion is to analyse these behaviours and address them in order to achieve a prompt solution.
