Abstract

the flourish of the Title V of the Second Book of the Real Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 of November, refered to «Guarantees and services about products sold», shuts the juridical diet of the guarantees of the consumer when the product purchased is not conforme with the agreement. Budgets of the responsibility of the salesman and which are the rights of the buyer in the case of fault of satisfied: repair, replacement, discount of the price and resolution of the agreement. In that case is established a complex system of pretentiousness for the buyer and of terms for the exercise of his rights.
