Abstract
The action filed for the reimbursement of expenses unduly paid by the borrower is subject to a limitation period, the duration of which is generally that provided for personal claims. The dispute arises in the determination of the dies a quo of the limitation period and, after examining the different theses exposed, it is concluded that it is necessary to be at the date of payment of the expenses by the borrower-consumer.
