Zusammenfassung
This text synthesizes the debate that took place in the Seminar "Women Victims of Gender Violence: Discussion on Practical Problems", organized by the DELICTUA Research Group. The aim of this event was to create a space for debate among professionals in the field of gender violence and the attention to its victims. With this objective, the positions expressed by the different legal operators reveal a certain amount of practical problems. Lastly, a series of general conclusions regarding the protection provided to victims of gender violence are presented.
