Résumé
Mutual aggressions in couples involve gender-based violence of the man against the woman, provided that the aggression is objectively verified, according to recent jurisprudence of the Supreme Court. An interpretive criterion that comes to deny the manifestation of power and discrimination that should guide all male mistreatment according to the regulations on the matter and with which the most basic criminal principles of guilt and equality are violated.
