Zusammenfassung
The aim of this paper is to analyze the regulation and jurisprudence in relation to the violation of the principle of arbitral collegiality and the number of arbitrators that must settle a dispute. This will lead us to examine multiple judicial precedents interpreting that rules in setting aside the award, judicial recognition of foreign awards or arbitral responsibility.
