Resumo
The purpose of this article is to analyze the preliminary draft Law on Trade Secrets recently approved in our country after the entry into force of Directive (EU) 2016/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on the protection of undisclosed know-how and business information against their unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure. This study is circumscribed to the first three chapters of the Draft, focusing on the most innovative aspects and those that may have a greater impact on the legal system.
