Zusammenfassung
The aim of this paper is to analyze the jurisprudence in relation to the Section 9.7 of the Regulation for the implementation of the Transport Management Act. According to this rule, it will be possible an award made with the absence of a member of the Transportation Arbitration Board, that is, by a Tribunal composed of an even number of members.
