The present work seeks to analyze the possible legal difficulties that may arise from the use and acceptance of cryptocurrencies as bitcoin in crowfunding context. To do this, the different forms of crowdfunding are summarized in terms of the contractual promoter-investorrelationship and the legal regulations to which they are subject
