Abstract
The article is an approximation to the novelties on the mortgage regime of intellectual and industrial property rights, regulated in the Law of December 16, 1954, of mortgages and pledge without displacement of possession, which has been modified by the Law 24/2015, of July 24, which enters into force on April 1, 2017.
