The growing presence in the classroom of a culturally diverse student body, raises new challenges whose resolution must necessarily pass through a pedagogical and personal revision of teachers. On this basis, the intention of our work is the presentation of different aspects, such as the perception of teachers about their work, the educational models that are being implemented, the teachers own education, the teachers professional development and the tools available to them, in order to implement teaching. For their benefit, we conducted a study whose population were 20 teachers distributed by sexes, belonging to different educational levels. The treatment of the results obtained was made qualitatively, by AQUAD Six program. Finally, conclusions drawn from the narratives derived from the research questions raised are provided. They show, amongst other results, the load of work teachers endure in multicultural classrooms, their feeling of loneliness through their professional development, and the lack of programs, resources and knowledge they have to deal with. It is proposed, therefore, enhancing education in values as a way to improve intercultural relations.
