Zusammenfassung
In Aspe, the continued expansion of the city centre since the middle of the last century caused the disorganization of the natural hydrologic system, because of the incorporation of the waterways to the road system and because of the changes that paving provoked in land use. As a consequence of these factors, roads were waterproofed. These actions forced to adopt structural and non-structural measures to reduce the affectation of the runoff from the northern slope of the Sierra Cantal de Eraes.
