Along with the new Christian precepts, ceremony and ritual in its various forms of expression were a daily reality of indigenous American society, particularly Guarani and colonial world in general. The key to these ceremonies, his relationship with everyday life of the missions and the Guarani women, lies in that these celebrations were which largely influenced for acceptance and maintenance of the construction of a new sociocultural and political reality based on Catholicism.
