Resumo

The decision about legally protected interest in the crime of trafficking in hu-man beings (art. 177 bis Pc) has been the aim of interesting doctrinal discussions since december 2010 when it became effective. Along this essay four thesis are analysed according to the legally protected interest in this crime (dignity of the victim, her/his moral integrity, her/his freedom or if it is a multioffensive crime) and, then, it is suggested the configuration which has considered suitable after the Ley Orgánica 1/2015, de 30 de marzo, de reforma del Código Penal was passed. From the decision, as a conclusion, it is exposed the relationship between the crime of trafficking in human beings and the crimes that sanction pursued exploitation (crimes against sexual free-dom, crimes against workers rights, crime of organ trafficking, forced marriages crimes, etc.).
