Abstract

We have composed in this study the efectiveness and accuracy of automated refraction vs clinical conventional refraction in patients operated of cataract with I.O.L. implantations (posterior and anterior chamber). included cases of non-standar eyes such a high mayops. Our results confirm the accuracy of automated refraction in the study of the clinical refraction of the pseudophakic eye, regardless the type of I.O.L. and the clinical condition of the eye previous to surgery.
