Resumen
Here we present a study done with human rests coming from the burial material of the grave nº 18 located at Colon St. excavations in Novelda, Alicante (Spain). The Necropolis is dated in Mudejar historic time. It has been identified, inside the pelvic cavity of an adult female skeleton, a calcified mass of 55,5 x 33,6 x 6,5 mm., in size. Several analysis have been done in order to obtain the most and less important components of the calculus, coming to the final conclusion that it belongs to a bladder lithiasis.
