Zusammenfassung

Most universities are developing or have already developed learning projects based on Information and Communication Technologies, either for exclusively online teaching (e-learning) or for blended teaching (b-learning). Like any process developed in the university environment, these courses must be subject to parameters that allow evaluating their quality. In this work we present a quality evaluation model specially adapted to the unique features of blearning, which also has a tool for visualizing the results to facilitate decision-making. The evaluation model is integral, open and adaptable, and formalizes the information in fulfillment levels, which allows an easy comparison between the elements of the model. The fulfillment levels also facilitate the construction of a dashboard, in the form of a heat map, which turns out to be a compact and intuitive representation for decision making.
