Resumo
The dismissal that contains the unjustified refusal of the company to re-enter after an unpaid leave places the worker in a legal situation of unemployment, but the benefit may not be recognized if, at the time of dismissal, he was not registered with social security. The commented sentence considers the obligation of the company to register the worker and the effects of default.
