Resumen

The aim of this paper is to highlight the problematic implementation of automated judicial action and AI (artificial intelligence) in the Administration of Justice, as well as to make proposals aimed at achieving its effective implementation. For this purpose, various aspects will be analysed: (1) data and reuse as a basis for AI; (2) security and interoperability of data processing technologies as an assumption; (3) the legal framework of reference for the application of ICT to the Administration of Justice; (4) automation and AI techniques and their meaning and scope in justice; and finally (5) a conclusion by way of proposals to enable their implementation.
