Excessive temporary Spanish labour market represents one of the most pressing problems that must be addressed in order to eliminate the duality between permanent and temporary workers. This paper analyzes some possible causes that have led to this situation, in particular as regards the contract for work or service, warning of the existence of high levels of fraudulent use of this agreement and of a high degree of impunity with this type of action. In view of this, we propose some remedial measures ranging from strengthening the systems of administrative and judicial, legislative reforms to deeper depth.
